We don’t give a quote after we measure your scope of the project. 

We believe your investment is important and want to have some time to work through all of the details before sending out a quote.

We will send you an email quote first for your approval, if you want to move forward, just reply to the email and we will send you an official contract requiring a signature.

 We recommend painting in our “dry season”, which typically runs from November through mid-April. During this period, there is less rainfall and humidity, providing the most ideal conditions for exterior painting that we have here in South Florida. Here are some of the factors that we consider painting professionals:

• How will primer and paint adhere to surfaces?
• Will the overnight dew dry from the north and west faces of the structure so that products will adhere properly?
• Are we expecting any precipitation or cloud cover?
• We’ve got a lot of trees around buildings in South Florida. Not only do they cast a lot shade but they can also trap moisture leading to poor adhesion of products. 

With all of that in mind, our teams are equipped to handle exterior painting projects throughout the year, taking into account specific weather conditions to ensure best results. 

Waterproofing is an important service that we offer, and as you can imagine many homeowners are discovering water intrusion during the rainy season. Regardless of the conditions, we’re able to repair damage, apply coatings, caulk, and more during any season to effectively stop your leaks and intrusion.

We prefer, Sherwin Williams® and BEHR® or you can choose any brand you prefer. 

While each job varies, exterior siding is commonly sprayed and back-brushed or rolled and back-brushed.  A combination of brush and roll is typically used to paint interior walls, ceilings, and trim.  We spray cabinetry for a high-quality finish.  In either case, brushes are always used! 

On smaller projects, with photos, yes it's possible. However, on larger projects, we always recommend a job site visit for an accurate cost estimate that's both fair to us and the client. 

The length of a project depends on the size and scope of the work. We always provide a timeline for completion before starting any work and strive to complete projects as efficiently as possible.

 Most repaints require a deposit of 1/3 the total contract price. CHCALOKO,LLC  does not ask for a deposit on projects of $2,000 or less.

Absolutely! We realize you may have priorities and we are glad to help in any way we can to get your project done, all at once, or piece by piece. 

Not only do we stay until your project is completed, but we also don’t leave until you tell us “it’s done.” 

That will depend on job size, but typically 3-4 painters. 

Our fully trained experienced foremen is on the job site 100% of the time, with daily visits from the Field Manager (Pablo) to ensure the work is proceeding as planned and to address any needs you may have. 

For immediate feedback, your project foreman can answer most questions, otherwise, you may call the Field Manager (Pablo) or the Owner Carlos Clavijo is just a phone call away. 

Typically, from 8am to 6pm/7pm. 

Yes, we offer color consultation services to help you choose the perfect color for your space. Our experienced team will work with you to find the right shade and finish to fit your style and budget.

Yes, as long as we have a sample to bring to the paint store. With today’s computer matching technology, it’s easy to get an almost exact match. 

The short answer is “no” unless you want polka dots or stripes. In some cases, we may charge additional for extra colors above and beyond their normal allotted amount (typically three). This is generally justified by the idea that switching between colors and cleaning your tools takes time. Although this is true, it is a relatively minor time addition.  We apply two coats of paint on all surfaces to ensure the longest-lasting finish (see below for more information about two coats); therefore, coverage is not an issue. Regardless of the color, we will apply two coats. 

Ah, the million-dollar question! The number of coats depends on various factors, including the condition of the surface, the type of paint being used, and your desired finish. We typically apply two coats of paint to ensure a smooth, even finish that can withstand the unique Florida climate. However, the number of coats can vary depending on the specific needs of your project. We always customize our approach to provide the best possible results for your home. 

The length of a project depends on the size and scope of the work. We always provide a timeline for completion before starting any work and strive to complete projects as efficiently as possible.

We do not paint exteriors when rain is in the immediate forecast or any substrate when conditions are outside of the product limitations. When we’re doing preparation, we only prepare as much as we know can be safely painted if there’s any possibility of rain. 

 Yes . We can apply products to ANY substrate, as long as we prepare the surface and apply the appropriate product, such as bonding primers or chemicals to etch the surface. 

Measurement is only one of the factors considered when providing estimates. Some include the amount and type of windows, molding usually and other trim, the number of different colors used, and how many coats.The paint quality, how much protection we need to provide for furniture, and how much preparation is involved. 

Warranties greatly vary depending on the project and the substrate being painted. 

We have a 5-year, 100% Quality Guarantee against defects in quality for Residential projects. Our Commercial  warranties can vary depending on what the contractor or owner requires. That means that we will do the best job possible, but should your paint peel or blister within the years indicated, we will promptly fix any issues at no additional cost to you.
